Okay, yes, they are asking that those that e-filed allow up to 7 or 8 weeks to get a refund, after the state has gotten their return. It's longer for those that mailed returns. All of the information is posted here <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="

A lot of the states have higher than normal processing times now to make sure no fraud is being committed.
