...as to an issue you had with NC one year......that can't be helped if it happens with PA. All you can do (if they complain) is to respond to them indicating you moved to FL in 2002 and are a PA non-resident.
Either that, or talk to the Credit Union now folks and see if they are accidentally filling in box 15 & 16....especially if those boxes were empty in prior years. Sometimes new computer systems come online, and the people preparing the forms and sending the info to their customers, aren't fully trained on how it is supposed to be done..
