@VolvoGirl ... thank you! The HTML error code resolved when I tried again. My issue doesn't involve my return, as such, so I won't be sending it in. It's purely an e-file fee checkout process matter. I did ask for a credit, and offered to send @GabiU a copy of my e-file fee receipt -- in case it is decided that honoring the discount messages is an appropriate course of action in this situation.
