State tax filing
No, you would not have to file a PA non-resident return just because you worked in the city, however, if you worked in the city of Philadelphia, you may have to file a Philadelphia City Return. The state returns are separate from the city returns. This cannot be done through TurboTax. You would need to do this through the Philadelphia Department of Revenue.
