As Turbo has ignored this issue full-stop for several years now, the best you can do is ask for a partial refund for your state taxes, print it and send it snail mail. Moving forward, perhaps consider using Ohio State tax software so that you can complete your taxes online and potentially receive a quicker resolution to this type of thing moving forward. This issue is a nightmare and I hope Turbo eventually fixes it, but I sense many of us will simply use different software next year.
