TurboTax will pick up all the income of a full-year California resident, as Champ TomD8 says because California states with federal adjusted gross income.
Everything should be on Form 540 line 13.

- In the left column, tap Form 540
- Tap Step-by-Step where forms used to be to return to the interview mode
