No one can see your tax return. We do not know what kind(s) of income you entered or what state you are in. Depending on lots of variables, it is possible to owe federal and get a state refund, or to get smaller refund from federal than state. If you think something is wrong, check the amounts you entered from your W-2's and any 1099's to see if you made any mistakes. If your state refund seems "off" check what you entered from boxes 16 and 17 of your W-2's.
