State tax filing

@ErnieS0 So based on your explanation, it sounds like filing as a non resident this time around is the correct way to do this since I only made a part of my total income for the year in SC. However, I am concerned that the refund is much higher when I change the status to non-resident, and that this may somehow end up being incorrect and I'll have to deal with it later on. Keep in mind, we moved to SC as a permanent move, despite the tax definitions of residency. So, would filing as a non resident for this year be acceptable in the eyes of the state government?
