The TTX version of the new 5695 is "scheduled" to be ready on ~9 Feb 2023.
Certainly, I suspect that TTX "might" include the required changes to the actual software calculations, to get the correct percentages, at some point sooner than that, but they don't tell us when that might be.
The IRS still has the Form 5695 in "Draft" mode, and TTX typically doesn't include the updated form in the software until a week or 3 after the IRS releases it from the "Draft" list.
