Please explain more what you mean. Was you refund reduced by 1400? Do you have 1400 on 1040 line 30? That could be the 3rd Stimulus payment. The IRS says you already got it so they took it off your return if you tried to claim it again. Line 30 is only if you didn't get the full amount or qualify for more.
