You might try deleting the W2 and starting again. Coupled with the lower cased "wth" this should clear the error and allow the e-file.
- Revisit the "Job/W2" topic
- Delete the UT W2
- "Continue" to the summary page
- Click "Wrap up Income" at the bottom of the page
- "Revist" the "Job/W2" topic again
- Manually re-enter the form information.
- Enter the 14 characters with "wth" lower cased at the end
- Be sure in box 15 there are no extra spaces (delete/backspace as necessary)
- Complete the interview all the way through "Wrap up Income" again
