Pages 1 and 2 are the calculations and the final number which are the most relevant. The remaining pages are schedules describing amounts on certain lines in the first 2 pages. For example line 36 on the Arizona 140 reverts to page 6. I am assuming that line 36 is blank, which is why page 6 is omitted.
