If the box is checked next to line 5a on your Schedule A for 2020 that indicates the amount in line 5a is sales taxes and not income taxes paid. If that is the case then none of your refund will be taxable. You can enter the amount from line 5a in the box for payments and withholding or leave it blank as it will not matter on your taxes.
Later you will also be asked if you took the standard deduction in 2020. If yes, then that will also make the your refund not taxable.
If indeed you do need to find the withholding and payment amounts, then in your download/printout of your 2020 return you will need to locate the "Tax Payments Worksheet." There you will find the all the withholding and tax payments from the prior tax year.
