TurboTax does not fill in your pre-tax payments because it doesn't know how much you paid to Kansas. There is no import.
Here's what to do:
- Type estimated tax payments in Search in the upper right
- Select Jump to estimated tax payments
- Select State estimated taxes for 2021
- Enter the amount paid and the dates you made your pre-tax payments.
