The online version of TurboTax does not allow direct entry onto the forms. To enter your part-year residency in Vermont:
- Select My Info on the left-hand 2021 taxes menu
- Click edit next to your name
- Underneath Tell us the state(s) you lived in, select your resident state as of the end of 2021. Click Yes to I lived in another state in 2021 and select that state. TurboTax will then ask the date that you established residency in your new state.
