Have you gone back through the GA state program and clicked on Income and on Retirement Income Exclusion is the amount shown incorrect? Can you Edit the Exclusion?
If the amount is incorrect and you cannot edit the Exclusion then remove the Georgia tax return and start the GA over.
Click on File in the upper left of the desktop program screen. Click on Remove State Return.
