State tax filing

Steve C2 Do you know if you spoke with a TurboTax Live representative who assists with tax preparation?  Or did you speak with a support representative who can help troubleshoot technical issues?

 

Please try the following:

  • If you are preparing your return with TurboTax Online, please sign out of your account and clear your browser's cache and cookies
  • For the CD/Download software, check for updates or update manually using the steps listed here.

If the above doesn't resolve the issue, please reply to this thread for further assistance.
