Yes, if you have not made any entries for the form in the "Step-by-step" then the form will not appear in your menu. However, you find the form in the program and add it.
- Click on the "Open Form" ICON in the top of your left hand menu.
- Expand the NY forms dropdown
- Scroll down to the form IT-255.
- Click on the form
- Click "Open Form" at the bottom of the pop up box.
- You can give the form a name
- Click "Open Form."
