State tax filing

It does not appear that you have to file a South Carolina income tax return. Amounts NOT allocated or apportioned to SC mean it is not SC income. Nonresidents are generally only required to file a SC nonresident return if they work in South Carolina or receive income from rental property, businesses, or other investments in South Carolina.

Doublecheck with your partnership to make sure the $1,180 is not SC income.
