You can purchase NJ as a part of your main TTX software package. It is not a stand alone form, since much of the total entries fill in from your federal form entries.
Certainly, you might be able to get the NJ forms form the NJ tax website and fill them in yourself, but that depends on each person's capabilities, and I can't predict that.
