State tax filing
If I understand, your permanent residence is Illinois but you earned income in Illinois and Indiana while attending school in Ohio.
File a resident IL return and a nonresident IN return. Don't worry about OH. IL and IN are not reciprocal states so you should have one W-2 showing IL income and tax withheld and a second W-2 showing IN income and tax withheld.
IL will tax both W-2s but will give you a credit for tax paid to Indiana. IN will only tax the IN W-2.
