After you file
If you did not receive your TurboTax Prepaid Visa card, you will need to contact their customer service to get a new card issued and report the other one lost. Their number is: (888) 285-4169
Did you track your refund here to see if it stated deposited? https://www.irs.gov/refunds
If it was deposited in an account that is not active, you will receive a paper check of your refund.
