Do you mean you are seeing on your TT account that you owe? If you had tax due when you prepared your tax return last year, it is always going to say that on your account. TT does not know if or when you paid your tax due--it just shows the result of the tax return you prepared using the software. If you paid your tax due, your bank/credit card records are your proof that you paid.
