- Click on Federal Taxes
- Click on Deductions & Credits
- Click I'll choose what I work on
- Scroll to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
- Click on the button beside Other Income Taxes
- Click the button beside 2016 refund applied to 2017 state taxes
- Adjust the amount
