Did you e-file your tax return and was it accepted by the IRS? If so, then the IRS has your tax return and it is processing the tax return.
Your account cannot be canceled once the tax return has been filed.
If the IRS holds your tax refund beyond 36 days from the estimated refund date it was to be received, then you will receive emails from TurboTax requesting payment for the TurboTax account.
