After you file

The emails you received are called notification emails.  They do not have to be the same as the User ID of the account (if the user ID is an email address.)    So it's possible to have a User ID (email address 1), but in the profile settings one can have notification email address 2.   You can have more than 1 account with the same email address for notification purposes (but the User ID's will be different.)

 

  So if you can't find evidence of the 2024 return in the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents" (which is low down on the Tax Home page) of the account you are now using, then you should look for multiple accounts as @xmasbaby0 mentioned above.
