I used Turbo tax (non desk top I believe) to complete my 2024 taxes and upload to IRS.
I contacted, and spoke with a rep from Turbo Tax in 2024 ref: an email received stating my returns needed review. The rep informed me there were no issues with my return, and my file needed to be upload unto IRS website. He informed me that it was presently being uploaded. Prior to ending the call, he informed me my file was uploaded to IRS and there were no more issues. I showed a balance of Federal tax due for 2024. Assuming that this amount due would be taken from my State refund.
I went to IRS website this week, and discovered my tax files were not in their system. I paid turbo tax their fee for this service, and now it looks like I have to pay again the resubmit my 2024 tax returns.
I recently called your help line, only to be told to check if I accessed the correct account with correct account password. I checked all my accounts, and IRS does not show anything, from any account.
What do I do now?
