If you haven't filed your taxes yet you can get a Credit Karma Money™ Spend Visa debit card.
Here is how you get it:
- Go through your tax return as normal until you reach the File section at the very end.
- When the software asks how you want to receive your refund, select the option to deposit it into a Credit Karma Money account.
- TurboTax will walk you through setting up the free checking account right then and there.
- Once your tax return is accepted by the IRS, a physical debit card will be mailed to your house (and you will usually get a digital card number immediately to use on Apple Pay or Google Pay).
