WHOA. Let's start over. We thought you had received the first $2,346 refund. So no, DO NOT AMEND. The amended return will be wrong. You have to find out what the IRS changed on your return. Maybe they already fixed it for you. Did the original 1040 return you filed have the 2,346 on line 35a as the refund? You need to look up your IRS account and see what they have for you and why they only sent you $139. Or was the 139 from the state? If the IRS changed your return they will mail you a letter explaining it. Wait for the letter before amending.
