Overtime may be entered on your W-2 in box 14 and if it is then the TurboTax program will calculate the deduction and enter it on the Form 1040 Line 13b.

If not on the W-2 and you have the overtime listed on your last paystub, then after you complete entry of the W-2, on the following screen check the Overtime box and continue.
