I can see that you are using a Chrome web browser.  You may want to consider upgrading Chrome to the latest release, Version 72.0.3626.109.  It is the same browser I use and have no issues using Chrome on the TurboTax website.  If you update then close and re-open the browser, sign onto your TurboTax account - <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://myturbotax.intuit.com/">https://myturbotax.intuit.com/</a>
If the problem persists then change your browser to Internet Explorer to see if that gives the same results.
