After you file
If you opted to e-file and you entered an incorrect account number for direct deposit, the government will mail you a refund check, allow 5-6 weeks from the postmark date.
In most cases, once the IRS has accepted your return (or you've already mailed it), there's not much you can do. If the info you provided is for a closed or invalid account, the government will mail you a refund check.

If you have already filed your tax return you are unable to make any changes in TurboTax. If the banking information entered is incorrect, contact IRS e-file payment services at 1-888-353-4537 for assistance in cancelling the existing scheduled federal tax payment and setting up a new payment with the correct banking information.
