Sign onto your TurboTax account with the User ID you used to create the account to purchase the software - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
At the bottom left of the web page, click on Intuit Account.
Click on Products & Billing on the left side of the web page
Click on TurboTax
Your purchases will be listed. Click on Licenses and downloads for the tax year you need.
