You have to start a 2025 tax return using the same User ID that was used to create the prior year TurboTax online account.  You have to enter some personal information into the 2025 tax return.  

Then click on Tax Home on the left side of the online program screen.  Scroll down and Your tax returns & documents will be displayed.
