2020? Sorry----if you did not complete the preparation and filing of your 2020 tax return you can no longer use TurboTax to do that. TT no longer supports the desktop download software for 2020, nor will TT provide any updates for the software even if you find it on eBay etc. You can try to prepare the 2020 return using paper forms from the IRS or seek local paid tax help. Any refund for a 2020 return has been forfeited; the IRS will not send that refund to you. If you owe tax due, it will be owed with late filing penalties and interest that have continued to add up since the filing deadline in 2021.
