No, you cannot change it.   The IRS does not allow you to change banking information after you file your tax return.    If the refund goes to a wrong or closed account, it is sent back to the IRS and then the IRS issues a paper check and mails it to the address you used on your Form 1040.

If your refund is sent back to the IRS—- make certain that the address you entered on your Form 1040 is correct.  And…open all mail, even if it looks like junk mail.
