After you file

If you are sure you only have the one state....the only thing I can think of is to uninstall TurboTax and then reinstall it, and try again.   I have no idea why your system is so buggy,

I can try to get the moderators to get you a separate state download......but you have to indicate...which state?  (At this late date.....they are all pretty hammered with 2018 procrastinators, so not sure how fast they can respond about a 2017 software issue)
