I don't know much about Mac.  If you still don't find it as in that FAQ, you can wait to see if some other user familiar with a Mac joins in this thread, or you can phone TurboTax Support.  I will give a link below.

Are you referring to two-step (two-factor) authentication when signing in, and are you saying that you cannot log into your Intuit account because you don't receive the 6-digit authentication code that it's sending to your email?   If so, we can tell you a way to gain access to your Intuit Account that doesn't require such a code, and once in your account you can go to the account settings page and review/verify your email address there, or edit to update it, if needed.
