Your question is not clear. What are you trying to do? TurboTax never tells you that a refund has been "approved"---TT only tells you if an e-file has been "accepted" --which is not the same as approved. Only the IRS can approve of a refund. What are you trying to resend? Are you trying to re-send an amended return? For what tax year? Did you e-file it? Was the e-file rejected?
