@bberardini TurboTax gets no information from the IRS after you file your tax return and cannot do anything whatsoever to expedite issuing of your refund or trace it if it went astray. This is a matter you have to sort out with the IRS.
You can actually fax the Form 3911 instead of mailing it in an envelope:
