Does the IRS refund site show that your refund has been issued? Your post does not mention what the IRS is saying about your refund. Neither TurboTax nor the third party bank can expedite your refund if the IRS has not even issued it. The IRS is in control. If the refund has been issued and the third party bank has it, then you need to sort it out with them.
