After you file
No. TurboTax cannot prepare a summary of your W-2's by year and employer for you. You are supposed to save your own W-2's -- if you did that, as instructed on the back of your W-2's, you would have exactly what you are now looking for.
TurboTax does not have copies of your W-2's. The worksheets that are part of the pdf's of your tax returns show the amounts you entered from the W-2's, so you can look for those worksheets and the employer information that is on them.
You could also seek a work history from Social Security.
