Or it could be due to a CAPTCHA not appearing, where you  typically check mark "I am not a robot."

  1. Log out and clear your browser Internet cache.
  2. Close the browser and reopen it.
  3. Make sure cookies are allowed/enabled in your browser settings so the CAPTCHA will appear.
  4. Log in and try again.

If that doesn't work, see if a different browser than you were using, with cookies allowed will solve it.
