@crawforddenise393 If you do not want to use TT again, then use some other software.  But the other thing you should learn is that people who file in early January are often the ones who end up under review or who have to verify identity, and have delays in getting their refund instead of getting their refund early.   Next year, no matter what software you use, wait longer.   File sometime in February.   And if you get earned income credit or additional child tax credit, filing early does not help you because all returns with those credits are delayed.   The IRS must hold those refunds until at least mid-February.   This year the IRS announced that people subject to PATH would likely start getting refunds after March 3.
