That file for 2023 looks weird. Why does it have your email in it? I would try renaming it and taking out the email address. Also it starts with the ~ Tilde sign. That is a temporary file Turbo Tax makes in case your real file gets corrupted or lost. You should be able to open it or transfer it into 2024 if you fix the name.
The .tax2024 looks like the normal .tax file that you will need to transfer into next year 2025.
