@Rod28569 To clarify- the estimate of February 22nd is when the IRS said the "Where's my Refund Tool" will be updated. The tool will then tell you when to expect your refund. This is impacting all taxpayers that claimed the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and/or the Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC). This is because the Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes Act (PATH Act) prevents the IRS from issuing early refunds.
