Are you trying to import from It's Deductible?
Here's how:
From the Left side menu select Tax Tools choose "Tools"
pop up screen "Tools Center"
select "Topic List"
Your Deductions & Credits
"Tax Breaks"
scroll down to "Import ItsDeductible Online".
