After you file
An IRS Cycle Code is an 8-digit number that indicates when your tax return was posted to the IRS Master File. Due to the Path Act, tax refunds for taxpayers claiming Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) are held until March 3. This is why your refund hasn't been processed yet.
