Avoid the $40 "refund processing fee" by paying your online TurboTax fees upfront using a credit or debit card instead of choosing to have those fees deducted from your federal refund by a third party bank. You have to pay before you e-file.

Or----purchase the desktop download software from Sam's or some other retailer and you will already be paying upfront for e-filing. You need a full PC or Mac to use the desktop download. It does not work on any sort of mobile device. With desktop software there is a $25 fee to e-file the state but you can avoid that fee if you print and mail the state return.
