It’s true. This is my second account. I wasn’t able to obtain the advance option with the first one. However, I did get a 48 hour notice email that they want to verify it was me for security purposes. But other than that, I was able to get the option with the second account.
Note: When I spoke to a representative today about it, she says that happens and they cannot explain why. The workaround is making a new account and use it moving forward
